Do you offer framing?

We do not currently offer frames with our prints. However, after some research and testing, we find the following stores are best to frame our prints:

  • Ikea - We love the “Ribba” and “Lomviken” frames.

  • Next - “Gallery Frame.”

  • Dunelm - “Essentials Photo Frame.”

We also found a great selection in The Range, Matalan and Sainsbury’s Home.

How long will my order take to process?

Once you order is placed, we aim to process, print and package it within 1-3 business days. Please note, at busy periods this may take slightly longer, but we will always update our social media if there are any changes.

We use Royal Mail 1st class postage. Once your order has been dispatched, it should be with you within 1-2 working days. Please contact us if you have not received your order after 7 working days so that we can investigate.

Please note, due to the current Covid-19 outbreak, we are limiting our postal runs to 1 per week, every Friday. Please allow 7-10 working days for your order. We hope to be back up to our usual 1-3 working day turn around time soon. Thank you for your understanding.


Do you offer bespoke prints?

Yes! In most cases we can offer any quotes or designs that you have in mind. Occasionally, there may be some ideas which we are not able to design for you, in which case we will let you know at the earliest convenience.

Please Contact us to discuss your ideas and we will do our best to accomodate.


What if my order arrives damaged?

Whilst we package our prints as carefully as possible, using eco-friendly backing board and waterproof materials, occasionally it is possible that they could be damaged in transit. In which case, please email us immediately with the details and photos showing the damage. We will then send you a replacement as soon as possible.

Please note we require photo evidence so that we can raise the issue with Royal Mail.


What is your returns policy?

We take great care in ensuring our prints are of a high standard and that they are packaged carefully in order to arrive with you perfectly. All our prints are made to order so we are unable to accept any returns if you change your mind, so please ensure you have checked your print preferences and personalisation (if required) before you checkout. However, if you find you have made a mistake with your order, please contact us as soon as possible via email infolovemyprint@gmail.com. If your order has not yet been processed then we can amend your order details for you, or offer you a refund if required.

If you are ordering a personalised print, we will send you a proof copy to check via email. This is to ensure any spellings and information is all correct. If you approve this, and then later find there is a mistake with your order once received, we are unable to accept this as a return.

If, on the unlikely occasion, there is an issue with your order once received, please do contact us via email infolovemyprint@gmail.com within 14 days, and we will do our best to resolve your issue. We are unable to offer a return after 14 days.

When offering you a refund, please note you will need to return the item in it’s full original packaging, and it needs to be returned to us undamaged before we can refund you. You will not be refunded for the original postage costs, and in turn it is your responsibility to pay for postage when returning to us.
